Mrs. Elisabeth Pender

Mrs. Pender completed a BA in Interdisciplinary Education K-8 and M.A. in Earth Science education through Western Governors University.  

She's been teaching forever!  She started homeschooling her own children and discovered her calling as a teacher.  This is Mrs. Pender's first year teaching at Holy Trinity School.

Favorite thing about Holy Trinity School: "I love that we get to center our lives on The One who made us! We can look at everything through the lens of awe for the gifts we've been given in this world and in one another. Sharing faith isn't just sharing prayers, it's talking about how God is revealing Himself to us. He is SO GOOD! And, we get to attend Adoration every week, or we can sit in the chapel anytime! How AMAZING is that?!?!"

Classroom Patron Saint:  Mother Mary chose me! I spent time researching and praying and each time I looked elsewhere, it always lead me back to Mother Mary!

Favorite things:  Mrs. Pender enjoys and appreciate simple things.  She enjoys Caribou coffee,  her husband's artistic creations, and stopping to visit with the cows she sees when she's driving! Yes, she stops to talk to strangers' cows... and horses!

Outside of school, Mrs. Pender I love nature, so spending time on walks, camping, stargazing, etc, is a true joy because it brings me back to the awesome love of God. I also enjoy gardening and growing things, reading, watching sci-fi shows/movies, and making art.
